Global Ambassador Dinner 2024

On Monday 29 July 2024, BESydney held its 12th Ambassador Gala Dinner at International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney). The event celebrated BESydney’s Global Ambassadors as Australia’s leading minds and business leaders, recognising their achievements and contributions made to New South Wales (NSW) and the country. This year’s theme was ‘Change Starts Here’.

The evening was a celebration of the commitment and passion of our Global Ambassadors, who continue to give their time freely and open their networks to BESydney. The Ambassador Dinner brought together 380 members of the BESydney community, including the eight new Ambassadors who were formally invested this year.

We were honoured to be joined by the Premier of New South Wales, the Hon Chris Minns MP, as well as the Hon John Graham, MLC, Minister for Jobs and Tourism. We thank the NSW Government for its continued support.

An established highlight of the Global Ambassador Gala Dinner, this year’s Australia Oration was delivered by the NSW Premier, who shared his vision and ambitions for Sydney, NSW and Australia on the global stage. The MC for the evening was broadcaster Kumi Taguchi.
