Sydney’s hot, new event venue, SALTBOX, is coming to the vibrant lifestyle precinct Wunderlich Lane, in the city’s dynamic fringe of Surry Hills. Opening May 2025.

SALTBOX is your venue for a new era of events. The right venue sets the tone for an exceptional event and our sophisticated meeting and event spaces are set to redefine what it means to gather and celebrate. With the main event space accommodating up to 240 guests banquet or 300 theatre style, the venue includes an impressive all weather entertaining terrace perfect for arrivals or conference catering. The main event space adjoins two smaller configurable meeting rooms ideal for registration, exhibitors, breakouts or more intimate gatherings. Suitable for a variety of day and evening event styles including corporate meetings, brand launches and cocktail parties with new boutique luxury hotel, The EVE next door. SALTBOX will open in May 2025 with a curated food and drinks offering by Cook & Waiter, Sydney’s leading premium event caterer who have delivered first-class, offsite experiences for over a decade. This is the first sole operated venue for the Cook & Waiter team.
