About Lithgow Civic Ballroom Located in the Tony Luchetti Show Ground, the Lithgow Civic Ballroom provides an ideal location for large events with seating capacity of up to 660 delegates with tables and chairs. There is an adjoining hall with seating capacity for 330 people that can be used as an additional meeting or breakout space or food service area. The Ballroom has a permanent stage and audio system with no obstructions to sight lines to the stage. Food and beverage facilities are well catered for in the a commercial kitchen, and a bar in the foyer area which is an ideal location for pre-dinner drinks.
